Process and Requirement
Visit the School Website:
- Go to the official website of Shree Saraswati Secondary School.
Fill Out the Online Application Form:
- Navigate to the “Admissions” section and click on the Online Application Form link.
- Fill out the required details, including the applicant’s full name, date of birth, grade level, and contact information.
Submit Required Documents:
- Upload scanned copies of the following documents:
- Recent passport-sized photo.
- Birth certificate or identification.
- Previous academic transcripts or grade sheets.
- Transfer certificate (if applicable).

Payment of Application Fee:
- Pay the admission fee through the school’s online payment gateway or via bank deposit as mentioned on the website.
Schedule an Interview/Entrance Exam:
- After submitting the application form, the school will contact you via email or phone to schedule an interview and/or entrance exam for the applicant.
Entrance Exam & Interview:
- The applicant will undergo a virtual or physical interview and an entrance exam (based on the grade level).
Receive Admission Decision:
- Once the entrance exam and interview are completed, the school will notify you about the admission decision through email or phone.
Confirmation & Fee Payment:
- If selected, confirm the admission by paying the enrollment fee and submitting any additional documents as required by the school.

Collect the Admission Form:
- Obtain the Admission Form from the school office.
Fill Out the Form:

- The applicant will attend the interview and entrance exam onsite at the school.
Receive Admission Decision:
- The school will inform you about the admission decision after the exam and interview via phone or email.
